Technical Details:
Dr. Cio Hernandez conceptualized and developed the Got This! app. The initial app version was constructed by Matellio, Inc., with subsequent updates and enhancements carried out by Techtic, Inc.

- Got This! Exercises are grounded in evidence-based psychology principles. Our techniques draw inspiration from various methodologies including Bilateral Stimulation and EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Principles, Mindfulness practices, Somatics, Color Awareness, Symptom Tracking/Self-Monitoring, Gratitude exercises, Positive Psychology strategies, Goal-setting methodologies, Narrative and Solution-Focused techniques, Laughter Yoga principles, systematic desensitization of phobias protocols, installation of positive cognitions methods, and more.

Manage subscriptions via iTunes Account Settings. Payment is confirmed upon purchase and renewal notifications are sent within 24 hours before the current period concludes.
